Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Returns
1. Where we ship
We ship within the United States.
Orders are accepted for delivery addresses in the United States and are charged in US dollars. We do not currently ship outside the United States; an order entered with an address elsewhere will be cancelled and refunded in full.
2. Shipping rates
Standard shipping is $8.00, and free on orders of $70.00 or more.
Express shipping is $15.00. The rate that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay, and the checkout is the authority — nothing here overrides what it charges you.
3. Order cutoff and handling
Orders placed before 12 PM Pacific begin handling the same business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff, at a weekend or on a public holiday begin handling the next business day. Handling itself takes 1 to 2 business days: the pair is checked, boxed and labelled before it leaves.
4. Transit time
Transit takes 4 to 8 business days after handling.
Express shipping shortens the transit leg, not the handling leg, so the fastest realistic delivery is still handling plus transit. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
5. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is collected.
If tracking has not moved for 3 business days, email support@shoeclinique.com with the order number and we will open a trace with the carrier.
6. Wrong or undeliverable addresses
Tell us within 1 business day if the address on the order is wrong.
Before handling finishes we can usually correct it at no cost. After the parcel has been collected the address cannot be changed, and a parcel returned to us as undeliverable is refunded for the goods but not for the original shipping.
7. Damage in transit
Report damage within 3 business days of delivery.
Email support@shoeclinique.com with photographs of the box and the shoes. Damage in transit is our problem to solve, not yours: we cover the return shipping and replace or refund at your choice. Shoe Clinique, 9674 Central Ave, Montclair, CA 91763, (909) 680-6801.
